Strawbery full moon with a bonus eclipse!

Tonight is the strawberry full moon, which means it's the perfect time for cleansing and charging crystals, wands, aura sprays etc, and also a perfect time for releasing rituals.

I like to up my self-care on a full moon, as it's all about releasing what is no longer serving us. Salts bath, exfoliation, journaling and burning rituals are on the agenda today!

Today it's also been a partial lunar eclipse, so for those of us who are energetically sensitive, we can feel that the energy has been... well, a bit weird the last few days. It's time to uplevel and step up our energetic practices, and for me the messages over recent days have been all about putting into practice what I already know.

We're so addicted to learning new things and discovering new practices, then before we've properly learnt one thing, we're onto the next. I for one am slowing down over the next few days, and putting into practice the things I already know, the skills I already have, and properly letting that knowledge and skill seep in on a practical level.
